How much does it all cost?

How much does it all cost?

The short answer is: it varies.

No two weddings are alike--weddings are as unique as fingerprints. Your wedding costs will follow suit.  Our work starts the second we receive your inquiry and ends at  the moment we unload our truck at the end of the night, and includes everything in between.  Venue requirements, menu selections, service style, staff, rentals, time frame, and final guest count all affect the final cost.  Our mission is to give you a delicious, fun, attentive, memorable wedding at the best value possible, so the more factors we know, the better!

To begin, we will need at least (3) important pieces of information before we can provide you with a ballpark estimate. The more details you share with us the better we are able to assist you and the more accurate your estimate will be. But to start off, we need:

  1. Wedding Date
  2. Location of Wedding (Venue or Residence)
  3. How many guests

Even though you are planning a once in a lifetime event there is no reason it should break the bank. There is an awful lot of information to process while planning a wedding, and it can be overwhelming, especially if you have never participated in wedding planning before.  You might experience sticker shock while you are shopping around for vendors.  But don’t let that scare you away—you are planning a joyous occasion, and we’re here to help guide you through it all and make your experience as stress-free as possible.

For those of you that need a ballpark number, on average for a 150 guest wedding, you can expect to pay anywhere from $50-$125+ per person for catering with varying services. A family-style dinner, for example, will cost more than a buffet service because of the added cost of the rentals as well as the necessary extra staff. Choosing premium menu items (like beef tenderloin) will also be one of the prime factors in your final bill.

Stay tuned for a walk-through of the different service types!
